EDUCATION
Education is key when it comes to helping the more than 600 children in Hudson County who have been removed from their homes for their wellbeing and safety and face and uncertain future.
Through our Funding, Support and Advocacy for Child Wellness and Protection, United Way of Hudson County is helping to protect and nurture children who may be neglected or abused and provide them with a real shot at a brighter tomorrow.
How You Can Help:
- Give to United Way-funded initiatives for at-risk and low-income children that provide essentials such as shelter, food, counseling, after school initiatives and more.
- Advocate by learning more about worthy community programs and the children they serve.
- Volunteer with one of the area’s United Way-sponsored agencies that advocate for the best interests of children.
